January’s Playlist: Anti-Pity Party

ooe anti pity party

I’ll be the first to admit that I’m a willing participant in pity parties. Sometimes being miserable is comforting simply because it’s familiar. But, despite its name, pity parties are far from fun and they’re definitely not helpful to binge on. In order to counteract that, we’ve created a playlist that evokes the opposite reaction. An anti-pity party. So the next time you feel like wallowing in sorrow, turn this playlist up super loud, dance around your room, and give yourself permission to feel good.
